1 Scope of Services

SEO Craftsmen provides professional website design, software development, and digital marketing services. Each project is governed by a specific Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement.

In the event of a conflict between these general terms and a project-specific SOW, the SOW shall prevail.

2 Intellectual Property & Ownership

• Design & Code — Upon full and final payment, the client owns the rights to the custom visual design and front-end code created specifically for their project.
• Agency Assets — SEO Craftsmen retains ownership of any pre-existing code, proprietary tools, or methodologies used during development.
• Client Content — The client confirms that all text, images, and data provided are owned by the client or used with proper permission.

3 Client Responsibilities

To meet agreed deadlines, the client must provide necessary access (hosting, CMS, social media accounts) and timely feedback at each stage of the project.

4 Digital Marketing Performance

We apply industry-standard SEO and PPC strategies to improve your online visibility and performance. However, we operate on third-party platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) whose algorithms and policies are outside our control.

5 Payment Terms

All invoices are due upon receipt unless a different schedule is agreed upon in writing prior to project commencement.
